GET KIDS HOOKED ON FISHING
AT THE ROARING FREE FISHING DAY EVENT
JUNE 6, 2015
This year’s event will be held at Roaring River Fish Hatchery located near Scio. The event will start at 9:30 a.m. and end at 2:30 p.m. The trout are big this year and each angler will have the opportunity to catch two fish. There will also be opportunities for participants to make fish prints at the US Forest Service tent and the Oregon State Police will be there displaying some of their enforcement equipment and trophy antlers. All participants must register the day of the event before fishing in order to enjoy the following:
- Fishing for all kids 12 and under.
- Fish Cleaning station with ice for the ride home.
- Free parking.

All fishing poles, bait (donated by D & G Tackle), and tackle provided. Use of personal fishing poles and gear will not be allowed.
